A couple of thoughts:
If it says a college degree is required to understand your blog, I would say, a degree in what? Latin? Child Psychology? Dream interpretation? Cryptology?
"Genius" isn't a level of education. Maybe that means that no education is required to read those blogs.
I bet it's randomly assigned. It seems like if it was based on anything, the website would explain what it was based on.
